Our Terms
We value your business and stand behind everything we sell. We will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please

and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still wish to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $5 or 10% (whichever is greater).
We must be notified of your intent to return your item(s) within 10 days of receiving them, and the original item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
1. All returns require return authorization. Please contact our
Returns Department
for an RA Number before returning an item otherwise the return will be rejected.
2. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days with original tags/packaging. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.
3. When we receive your package our goal is to have this resolved within 5 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and  included in the box.
International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
